Terms of Use

Last updated: June 26, 2026

By using this website ("the Site"), you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose only

The Site provides study materials and practice questions for the North Carolina SP-PH electrical examination. The content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee a passing score or licensure. Practice questions are original and are intended to help you learn to navigate the National Electrical Code; they are not actual exam questions.

Purchases and access

A paid purchase ("Full Access") grants access to the full question bank and paid study features for 6 months from the date of activation. It is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription, and does not auto-renew. Access is granted via a license key activated in your browser; access is per-device and stored locally. Keep your license key from your purchase email to activate on another device.

The free tier remains available before, during, and after any paid period. We do not guarantee any exam result. If you have a problem with your purchase or access, contact our support email and we will work to resolve it. Refer to any refund terms stated at checkout.

No professional or legal advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, professional, or electrical-engineering advice. Always follow the current adopted code, manufacturer instructions, and the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.

Accuracy and official sources

We strive for accuracy, but code references, fees, and requirements change. Always verify against your own current code book, the NASCLA guide, the NC Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors, and the PSI exam handbook. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes based on use of the Site.

Trademarks and affiliation

The Site is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCBEEC, PSI Services, NASCLA, or the NFPA. "NEC" and "National Electrical Code" are registered trademarks of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
